First I was amazed how quick you respond to my message and how great communication was with you. Secondly when our order came in which was midi desk for my daughter how securely all was packed. My partner who was assembling with cooperation of our daughter said that instruction is very clear and easy to understand. I can say that this desk is worth buying. My 5yr old loves his new desk! He spent ages industriously drawing on it yesterday and it looks so lovely to see him sitting so comfortably compare to using our dining table. Thank you! Would just like to feedback though that we can't use the desk on the lowest setting as there isn't enough room for legs between the chair and the underside of the draw. We're using it on the 2nd setting which is technically a little high for my short boy, but he seems comfy enough.

The new Sprite desk is superbly well built and will last my son a few years. The changes from the last model make this an even better table for years to come. Customer service has been great and always kept informed, and Super fast shipping meant I got our desk the next day. With pretty easy to follow assembly instructions it was an easy to put together, and it even came with a decent well made screwdriver. The wait for the new designed table was worth the wait, and my family, (especially my son) couldn't be happier. Thank you Best Desk.

After a long and fruitless search for a “Quality” Desk for my 4 year old granddaughter I finally came across Best Desk on Amazon – I checked out the company on line and Spoke to Evelyn, who was extremely helpful and talked me through the options offered.

We bought a chacha desk from Best Desk last year. This is a great desk that was mostly easy to put together. It has inspired our 7 yr old to want to do his homework. We love the fact that is like an old fashioned desk with storage but with a lid that is securely held up to prevent trapped fingers. The bookstand gives you extra space also with to… handy magnets. Just a little disappointed the instructions don't tell you how to lower the desk & chair- pull fully to the highest point and then gentle even pressure on both sides down to the lowest point and then raise to required height again

You just can't imagine how good the customer service can be. While we had minor issues with the product AFTER warranty period, they always responded directly to the email in a very personal way - and always managed to resolve our issues.
Oh, and the desk is really good obviously!
