CAST IRON RADIATORS- if you are looking for these radiators- RAD4U are very experienced and give an excellent 'after sales service'. Unfortunately the third party (the manufacturer) had finished our 16 large 'fully polished' radiators badly. I thought it would be a big problem but Paul and Paula did everything possible for us to have brilliant radiators.
Of course, it took time and inconvenience but RAD4U helped at every stage and paid all costs incurred.
RAD4U make sure you receive the very best service and take their product quality very seriously. I would have no problem purchasing anything

Untrustworthy and I shall explain why. Radiators4u is part of a SMR Enterprises, comprising of group of at least four websites and an advertised showroom - companies house listed as 47910 - Retail sale via mail order houses or via Internet. The websites are radiators4u, castironradiators4u, westradiators & radiatorvalves4u, each with different contact details. They share the same address and also the same company director, Mr S Ryan.
The same disconcerting thing happened with two recent next day delivery online orders, one very recently from radiators4u and one yesterday from castironradiators4u

I have never experienced poor customer service like it.
The customer service representative, Bron, is rude, unsympathetic, impatient and without any people skills whatsoever. In short, bolshie as hell. She should not be answering the phone to anyone, leave alone customers who have had a long wait for an expensive order. I am pretty sure at one point, she put the phone down on me - obviously, she denies this. Even if she didn't put the phone down and we were somehow cut off, wouldn't a professional apologise and call you back? Not our Bronwyn.

The airvent discribed as being 3/8th bsp on there website…..nope its 1/8th… so off to buy bushes from elsewhere.
The cast iron bush kit i called before as they have no sizing on the website and was told that they are universal fit….yep not the case.
8 days from ordering to recieving the complete order, and so far 2 days and 3 phone calls about returning them, each time being told i would recieve a postage label as soon as im off the phone.
Just avoid trust me and the other one star reviews, more headache than its worth

Don’t go near this company. I wish I’d read the reviews first and decided not to order from them. We have been waiting for over four months on a order of a couple of radiators from their standard range to be delivered. On the website this model of radiator is listed as fast free delivery, allow 7-21 days. Just no. Clearly this is what they do; get your money and then make us some reasons or two as to why your order will be delayed. Then there is no communication or accountability from them, unless you count when we email them and receive short non-committal responses, with a complete inability

Our issues started the minute we made over a 3 thousand pound purchase from this company. We ordered radiators and from the off told 2-3days delivery. After being told this we notified our customer that the product would be fitted shortly. After 5 days with no contact and still no radiators we had to make numerous phone calls to then be told that we shouldn’t have been told 2-3 days and that it would be delivered on Monday to which we updated our customer. Monday came and went still nothing, we called the company again to then be told delivery would be “guaranteed” on Friday. I now sit here

First time I have used this company. From the moment I was interested in purchasing a rad they were very helpful. Many options to choose from at a very competitive price.
