I am extremely impressed with their service. Tim responded to my enquiry within a couple of hours and after an exchange of questions and me sending some photos he sent a quote that he has stuck to regardless of it taking longer than expected (delays on M5, extensive woodworm in the roof structure, sickness of one team member). Mark, the main man doing the work was friendly, efficient, professional and very willing to go the extra mile. I didn't think I could get excited about guttering but it looks so much nicer than the old concrete guttering.

We recently had our finlock gutters replaced by Finlock Gutter Solutions UK and would highly recommend them! Mark and Jake were absolutely brilliant! In February 2020, the work carried out by this company was completed. I had a full roof strip and replacement, chimney removal and new windows and doors. A significant amount of work. Less than 2 weeks later I had water coming in around a dormer window. This progressed to a waterfall every time it rained. I sent pictures and videos of the leak and damage. I was understanding of the restrictions due to the pandemic and patiently waited. I saw reviews popping up of new work that had been taken on and yet my leak was still not

Andy and the team were absolutely brilliant. I was fed up with my concrete gutters leaking inside the house and into the brickwork.
I didn't know this company but their reviews were very good.

We had our old concrete gutters taken down and replaced with plastic gutters in January 2020. Once the scaffolding was removed it became clear the the new gutter was leaking from one of the joins to our neighbours. It took months of chasing to get them to come back and look at the problem and further chasing and waiting to get them to come back again and repair. The leak was eventually fixed in July 2020, however in the meantime the leak caused significant water damage to the front wall of the property. We have been asking for this to be cleaned ever since without any success. Due to this experience
