Bought nearly £1000 worth of laminate from a staff member called Humfrey who provided me with the most unprofessional poor service. I tried to order on their poor website something else recently because I can’t bear having to deal with them in person. When I struggled to place my order I had to call the store. I took a chance to purchase from them again and made my way into the store where Humphrey once again. Treated me as though he didn’t want to help me nor inform me of any deals of what I had just purchased. DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE IF YPU WANT A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. You literally
