We at Lillywhite carry out a lot of work in the City of London for landlords, agents and property developers. We were asked to design and install a nice kitchen in keeping with the quality. With this project Lillywhite were tasked with creating a kitchen with as most use in as little space as possible.

This client wanted an entirely new bathroom. Our mandate was to provide better use of the space, with total modernisation. We sourced all materials, combining cost effectiveness with the client's aesthetic choices. We started the project by removing and disposing of the existing bathroom. We then re-laid some of the pipework for the new proposed location for the extra-large luxury bath.

I am so pleased with Lillywhite’s services. Having spent 6 months trying to get someone to even give me a quote to fix the leak coming through the stairs and into my flat, Richard Jones replied to my ad immediately, sent someone round within 2 working days, gave me a quote a day after coming round and when I confirmed on a Sunday that I was happy to go ahead, the builder came on Monday to start the job. After initial visit within 3 hours of call, they promptly quoted for repairs to my property, new bath, basin, kitchen and conservatory flooring, kitchen tiling and new worktop, painting units. The quote was accepted and they started work witin 48 hours. Top quality work at a fair price. Left site clean and tidy. Would use again and recommend.

I used Lillywhite Property services last week for my not working boiler we were left without heating for almost 5 days. They did their best under the current circumstances, covid, strikes, late deliveries... The boiler works and we are happy customers.
There always was clear and prompt communication. We knew at every stage what was happening, which made the pain more bareable.

Your staff have done you proud, they worked hard and really took care of the surroundings in order to minimise any damage to the bedding plants, shrubs etc.
All in all, the garden now has a fantastic looking fences, new concrete posts which has also satisfied the tenant and the neighbours.

After builders let me down on the renovation of my kitchen and conservatory, it was Lillywhite who rescued me. They sent a member of staff to look over the work and bought all the material needed and arrived on the said dates to finish the work outstanding.
The quality of work was high, he had all the right tools for the job and he left the house clean and tidy of all dust and debris. The price was reasonable and the work ethic fantastic. Highly recommend Lillywhite for all your building and renovation needs.
