Luna Blinds were fantastic from start to finish. All customer service over the phone was speedy and friendly. Ian came to the house to discuss option and was incredibly knowledgeable. They were careful to be clean tidy and maintain COVID protective measures. When the blinds arrived they were quick to fit, and the workmanship left the room spotless. The blinds themselves have been great and they are happy to guarantee their work.
We will be using them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Everyone I spoke to over the phone or in person were very pleasant and so helpful.
Really pleased with the 4 blinds I purchased, they have completed my rooms. Competively priced and very quick turn around as manufacturing is kept local.

Absolutely brilliant service. Very accommodating, professional, and friendly. Great showroom visit and they went out their way to make sure I received the blinds I wanted. Luna Blinds provided us with an outstanding service from the start. We chose Venetian Blinds for our living room window and door and blackout fitted Pleated Blinds for our ceiling windows in our bedroom.
The Luna team provided us with great communication and advice, they were honest and made us really think about what would work best for us. We didn’t feel pressured into anything and was generally happy with the service we received.
We were very surprised today to get a call from them to say our blinds had been made and delivered and they had availability today to fit them, we only ordered
