We recently added some additional space to our property in the form of a garden room. It is built to the same standard as the rest of the property so it can be used all year round which was important for us. Steen Property Developments did a great job from start to finish. In terms of the construction period, we hardly even noticed the guys were there most of the time.
We also added in some extras along the way which was discussed and agreed on with minimal fuss. All in all a great job well done. I would fully recommend Steen Property Developments to anyone looking to enhance their living space.

Brilliant company! Communication from Steve was very good and the building work was carried out within timescales. Fast and efficient, they tidied up after them and the joinery work was of good quality. They are hard working, respectful and conscientious. I cannot recommend Steve, Derek and the guys enough!
