I've had 3 flush sash windows in smooth grey rather than grained finish. They look truly superb, more like much more expensive aluminium rather than upvc. The company are very easy to deal with and helped with various queries I had. They were able to offer the sizes and configurations in the finish I wanted which no other supplier seemed able to do.
The lead time of about 6 weeks seems about normal for the industry and delivery was on schedule and the driver helpful. The windows come unglazed of course but its easy enough to do.

We were looking to buy several windows and a bay window for a property refurbishment and were recommended House of Windows by our builder. We emailed our plans to House of Windows and received the quote back just a few hours later and went ahead based on the quick lead time and price. The windows arrived within a few weeks as promised and installed by our builder without any issues. Very happy with the quality and quick service. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I originally ordered from elsewhere and was quoted 6-8weeks, after 18 weeks of patiently waiting I cancelled and got my money back, I appreciate there's a pandemic but it was too much. I then rang House of Windows who quoted 3 weeks from ordering. 3 weeks later my door is fitted and is exactly as ordered. Lee is a great salesman and was attentive throughout, appreciate his help from my diagram to get the measurements right. Can't fault this company!

We were let down at the last minute by our window supplier, blaming supply, blah, blah. Got in touch with house of windows, who, knowing I was desperate, could have taken advantage. But they have been outstanding. Regular communication, delivered on time and exactly as promised. 2 calls from the delivery driver with updates. The product, great quality and all fitted by a builder with no issues. Great service, great product.

Everything I asked for was what I required, came quickly without any issues. No problems with my drawings I sent and in return the costed drawings were accurate and just want I wanted. Changes were not a problem and turnaround was really quick. Highly recommended for an easy project through to completion.
