Billy performed an annual service on our old Baxi boiler. His keen eye found a hole in the side which meant that deadly carbon monoxide gases were escaping into the air. Billy advised that the boiler could no longer be used, so swiftly decommissioned the old boiler and capped the gas to make things safe for our family. Very grateful for his professional service. Highly recommended.

Needed a new shower seal and a fix for a leaky toilet. Having asked the Facebook collective hive mind for recommendations, I tried Dixon's. Billy arrived promptly to take a look at both problems and provide a quote. Work was completed very quickly with minimum fuss and the team that came to undertake the work with Billy were all highly professional. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone.
