I used this company to move into storage and then into a new property. I would strongly recommend them: very responsive to enquiries, good at communicating timings, good value for money, and thoroughly professional.

We moved house with Turton's recently. They were very understanding on changing timescales, and last minute contract exchanges. They also were able to support us during a delay in the move itself, which was very much a relief! Ben and Robbie provided two trucks and even showed us how they organised our possessions to keep them safe. They were very thorough - more so than we expected.

Very professional too, but didn't let that get in the way of a good laugh! I couldn't recommend them enough really, and I'm happy that we could add another positive experience to their reviews. Thank you again!

Many thanks for the professional and friendly service provided to us. Our move wasn't the easiest - with difficult access to our new property - but issues were overcome professionally and calmly and the end result was that the move was completed on time and to a high standard.

Very nice, polite and helpful movers. I was very happy with the service. They made a stressful move very easy. Treated my items carefully and with respect. On my move day my kitchen flooring was not complete so they helped store my fridge, washing machine and dishwasher elsewhere in the house and even offered to come back to move them into the kitchen when my flooring was done. I would definitely use them again.

They have to be the nicest and most professional team of movers I have come across. We will definitely be using them again. We needed a rather large piano moved from passageway to dining room via the garage, 400lb in weight. They moved it with ease. Taking time to ensure it was protected. Absolutely first class.

Ben and his team were great. Really polite friendly guys. It wasn't an easy job moving our furniture due to access difficulties but they ploughed on and didn't complain at all. Items such as mattresses and TV's were carefully protected before loading. It was a professional service. I'd definitely recommend!

Ben and his team were fantastic throughout what was a quite a complex move. Quick responses to phone calls before to answer questions and reassure. Very efficient packing and unpacking and worked really hard to problem solve some trickier items. And all very cheerful throughout! After a very thorough video call on what we would be taking, Ben supplied a very reasonable quote which we were very happy with. Turton's helped us with our recent office move and I can't thank them enough for their patience and professionalism, especially during the last-minute changes and delays we had on the day. They even organised a specialist to move and reinstate our IT equipment as it was something we were really woried about. Would be happy to use them again although would prefer to never move again if we can help it.

I can't recommend this removal company enough! Firstly they offered an extremely good price for our move, and we contacted them several times before our move to show them what we had and organise the details of the moving day, including pre packing the day before to reduce the time and stress on the day. Everything in both houses were covered and padded to avoid damage to walls/doors/staircases etc.

We had a number of hard to move items such as a piano, small trees etc, and our new house was in a difficult location on a small country road with a steep drive.they handled everything perfectly! Extremely professional, very hard working and best of all, being such nice people, I really enjoyed their company on the day. They took all the stress out of moving and did an amazing job. Short notice of about 2 weeks before removal. Online survey carried out and then quote next day. Was less than 5 days when moving in confirmed but still fitted me in. Arrived on time and went over and above. Three storey town house not easy. Rainy day but everything protected. But when it was obvious not everything would fit in one van load, despite it being early evening, Ben rang and offered to do another trip to clear as much as possible that day. They left at 9.30pm! Great service, making what is a very stressful time a little less stressful. Can't thank them enough.
