Professional, skilled, great communication from the on-site team - honestly, the best workmen I've ever had. They left the place tidy and neat. Thanks guys! They did a great job on a dreary, winter's day with a smile. I love the new porch, which was a decent price. Honestly though, the sales guy Tom and the crew of Cal, Jake and Aaron were great. After having had a bad experience before with a different company, I'll be using Phair Windows to replace my windows in the near future as well.

Fantastic company. We needed all our windows in our house replacing and after been let down multiple times by another company, we called up Phair Windows. We were given a quick, no nonsense quote on the day. The communication was fantastic all the way throughout the whole process. On the day of the fitting, we had the loveliest bunch of guys turn up and got the job done with such efficiency and care.

Once they were fitted, they ran through all the work they had done and gave a complete run down of everything. Absolutely over the moon with our new windows, and the work and care that was put into installing them. Honestly, thank you all so much. This company is fantastic and worth 5 stars and more. We called Phair windows to fix a small window opening that was stuck. After trying to figure it out myself, I was unsuccessful and gave up. A gentleman called Jake came, he looked at the problem and fixed it within minutes. He was very friendly, polite and professional. I'd definitely recommend them for any of your window needs.

Jake and Jason, retro fitted 26 modern window locks into wooden frames. Two new door locks. And replaced a window. They went over and above to make the job perfect and it was. Fantastic service. Jake and his colleagues came promptly and delivered a very good honest quote, . The lads are very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to rectify the mist in my UPVC windows and quotation. I wish I had done the job earlier but put this off for fear of finding a reliable trades person to do the job. The cost to repair a misted UPVC window is not as expensive as I originally thought and I had a 6 foot window pane replaced aswell as a small window in my kitchen. I will 100% use them again.

Got my key stuck in the door and snaped the key in the lock called lock and glass and had it sorted in 20 minutes. good polite men turned up and had me back in my house and a new secured lock put in. great company.

Had Glass And Lock give me a quote for replacing some misted double glazing, window handles and to repair the locks on a couple of windows that would not open. They gave me the best price out of those contacted and completed the job quickly, no fuss and no mess. All in all 5 stars
