I had the need for a 3m wide hole in the kitchen wall to open it up for windows and doors. The work conducted by Richard, Brendan and the team was exemplary. Everything from early comms, updates throughout the prep and build, tidiness during the work and the end result were fabulous. I really couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend and commission for any more work required.

After finding Elliot Construction on Facebook and seeing the outdoor bar they had completed, we were delighted that they were able to come and quote for an outdoor office space. They talked about all of our options and were really helpful in helping us make decisions. Our new outdoor space is perfect for our needs and completed to a high standard. The whole process took just over a month and the team completed in June. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking to have a top quality job done to their home.

Elliott Construction Services recently completed our single storey rear extension, and we are thrilled with the result. We approached up to ten Cheshire based construction firms during the quotation stage, and the only one that made us feel at ease and worked with us to kick-start the project was Elliott Construction - in the end no one came close to them in terms of customer engagement and the detail in the statement of works (and subsequent planning).

Rich & Gav were honest and transparent about what each project stages would entail and agreed a plan with us that would avoid disruption to our family life/ routine for as long as possible - promise kept. The build started in April, with a significant amount of manual enabling work needed initially, which the team progressed at pace without fuss. The foundations, concreate slab and damp course were up in no time with great attention to detail from the team.

The walls and roof joist were next, again with impeccable precision. we had a structure in place! Unfortunately, the next few weeks were disrupted by the great British weather due our roof specification - Elliott Construction were patient, ensuring that our wishes were put first and at the next opportunity they were able to proceed with getting the build watertight.

From there, the team went from strength to strength and completed our extension in June! What a turnaround that was, with an interior/ exterior finish to the highest standard possible. Without hesitation I would recommend Elliott Construction Services for any building/ extension work in the Cheshire area - from initial conversations with Rich earlier in the year, to specific discussions throughout the project with Gav & Brendan, the communication was always good. The construction team, highly skilled, polite, tidy, and focused. High quality products used throughout and no cutting corners at any stage of the project.

Gavin and his team have just completed a double storey side extension on our property. The team have all been amazing and the quality of work and professionalism throughout was second to none. Big thanks to all the lads especially Brendan, Mike, Jamie and Wayne for all their hard work the past few months.
