Communication regarding their arrival was excellent, as they arrived within the designated 4-hour time slot. The individual was very friendly and polite. They were thorough in assessing what was necessary and what wasn't, and we received the certification promptly after their departure. I would definitely recommend their service.

From the minute that I booked for a replacement boiler. They have been really good with keeping myself upto date with timings of delivery of boiler to the point that the engineers arrival times. And once the boiler was fitted they were on the phone explaining the warranty. So overall really happy with the service received.

Super quick service and stress free from initial contact on a Sunday to completion on the following Tuesday afternoon. Great service from a really nice engineer with no mess and lots of hot water on completion along with great comms from the staff in the office keeping us posted and ensuring all was ok. - No hard sell at any point, just a great job at a fair price.

Absolutely incredible service. Decision for financing within seconds, seamless execution. I'd definitely use their finance service and boiler service if I ever needed it again. Plus Boiler Central very efficient everything sorted from order, financing to installation in under 24 hours. Also they actually call to make sure the work is being carried out and after it's installed too they call to make sure all done.

Boiler central represent good value, the first installer never arrived but I had a new installation date booked quickly, they were very apologetic. The new installation went smoothly and all certification was received within 24hrs of the install. I have seen many negative reviews of boiler central but my experience was overall a positive one.

Super quick and hassle free. Ordered my boiler on Thursday, for installation Monday. They gave me times of when the engineer would arrive. He was friendly and helpful which reassured me, we were in safe hands! Couldn't recommend the company more. The gave me a call in the morning to check the engineer was there and I was happy and the aftercare has also been great!

Had a combi boiler fitted by boiler central in December, after ours broke down unexpectedly. Quote was cheaper than local installers and was just as convenient. The install was delayed but rearranged the day after. The installer was fantastic, although I did feel like he made up for some of the shortfalls at head office with his diligence (some parts were not ordered correctly by boiler central or the supplier of the boiler). Very happy with the new boiler overall and would reccomend. Order no 86219.

Had a great experience (BL-84184) start to finish with Boiler Central. Called before ordering and the person on the phone was super knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. From ordering to having a brand new boiler installed was less than a week and they were also one of the cheapest suppliers for a Viessman I was looking for.
Have signed up for a yearly service with them for an extended warranty so it's something I won't have to worry about again! Would definitely recommend and have already started to!
