Very professional. I phoned to arrange the appointment on a Friday and they was here by the Monday and the report received by the Thursday so within 6 days. Really pleased.

Really easy to get a quote: very responsive, pulled together pricing no problem and had good availability for onsite survey. Day of: surveyor came within the window and I got a text ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Person who came was very friendly, professional and quick and sealed up the sample sites. DO NOT BOOK ANYONE ELSE ONLY SUPERNOVA! I had a somewhat major issue where part of my ceiling fell following a leak exposing vermiculite into my living space. A truly scaring experience luckily the vermiculite tested negative but I had roof tiles that tested positive. Supernova have been an absolute JOY to deal with from minute 1 till the aftercare.

They weren't even the company that found the contamination as I had two surveyors take samples and only let the second in my loft and told Supernova to test from below to have two different samples to be sure but they have even helped me chasing up questions which relate to a removal on the eve of Christmas Eve this is truly going above and beyond I can't speak highly about everyone here from Customer Service to the surveyor all very knowledgeable and put your mind at ease in a scary situation.

If you need a survey you are doing yourself your home your business a disservice if Supernova isn't your first and main point of call. Their rates are competitive and turnaround time was within a day too

Ryan my surveyor and Annabel my CS rep are absolutely outstanding. I had an issue where suspected ACM was damaged they put my mind as ease throughout the process and after even late into the day on the eve of Christmas Eve (I don’t know what other business in any sector would do so). Their rates were competitive and the turnaround time on my report was a day. I actually can’t recommend Supernova enough. I get that providing a good service is what businesses aspire to but going above and beyond especially in a scary situation tells me they are in business not only for themselves but to actually be valuable to society. If you have any asbestos surveys needed call supernova!

This company is the fastest and most responsive company I asked for a quote for asbestos inspection before we finished our property purchase. I submitted a form on the website on a Saturday evening and I already received their feedback and response on Sunday early morning from Annabel. The process was very straightforward and easy. Very good customer service. I am not sure how much others charge but our invoice was 197, and I found it very reasonable. We received the report within 1 working day. I would recommend their service.

I contacted several companies to get quotes for an asbestos test. Supernova were the best priced, and the most communicative. Samples were taken on a Thursday, and I had my results on Sunday. I'd not hesitate to recommend them.

Aaron conducted a brilliant survey. He arrived on time and clearly communicated all the works. We requested an intrusive survey, but Aaron ensured to limit property damage as much as possible by sampling from hard to reach and out of sight corners.

Called up on Wednesday, had a surveyor come round on Saturday morning, results were sent on Wednesday evening the following week. All in all a very professional, fast service. Have already recommended to other friends.

Really helpful and efficient. Ryan our surveyor was very professional and provided tons of useful insight about the process and what he was finding. The report is detailed and covers off the areas of concern, which gave us peace of mind. Supernova were very good to deal with and we highly recommend them.

Excellent service. We contacted the night before out of hours and quickly got a response which was very surprising and most welcomed. We had an urgent request and had assessment completed in the morning and report delivered on same day

Service was friendly, prompt and efficient. Competitive pricing. However - be aware of the limitations. To be fair, these are probably standard to all companies doing such surveys but it's worth noting that areas that are inaccessible will not be tested. For instance, if you are planning to replace your flooring, you need to make sure it's tested too, because there can be asbestos tiles in some properties. (They are often hidden and covered by other layers of flooring, boards, laminate, etc.).

When my survey was taken, the floor was not exposed so the layers underneath it were not tested. We got the survey result confirming no asbestos in the property. However, we then started replacing the floor and in the process we exposed what seemed like asbestos tiles underneath. I contacted Supernova and they immediately sent their surveyor for a follow up survey free of charge.

It's a bit of a chicken and egg situation - you cannot start works until you know there is no asbestos, but you cannot test for asbestos in all areas until you start the works. Just flagging so others learn from this experience. In any case, I recommend Supernova as I think they acted according to the limitations they flagged and they supported me in the follow up survey when it turned out it was needed.

Annabel was fantastic in her communication from the moment I submitted a request for a quote and up until I received a report (which was within 2 working days, i.e. samples taken and payment made on Saturday, and report came through on Tuesday afternoon). Excellent value for money too. I was worried about the implications of asbestos in the cement water tank but the contractor (Matthew) who did the survey explained everything to give me peace of mind. Very professional service and credible company, and would absolutely recommend to friends.
