When you open up your home to have tradespeople in, it always feels like a bit of a risk. However, we have to say that Rob and team were absolutely amazing, and treated our home with complete respect throughout, tidying and cleaning up at the end of each day. Rob, and Jack (his co-worker), installed a new bathroom for us. This was a complete rip out of the old one, replace the floor, plaster the walls and install new suite. Rob recommended an electrician (Acre Electrical Services Ltd) who was also excellent. Rob effectively project managed the whole job, liaising with the electrician and tiler to ensure everything was done without delay.

We had a few problems with the furniture and the toilet pan (nothing to do with Rob's work), which Rob helped to rectify for us. Overall Rob and team were fantastic. I know I can be an awkward customer at times, however Rob humoured all our questions and did an amazing job. We'd totally recommend him. The only downside is that because he's so good, he has quite a waiting list. We had waited around six months and I'm glad we did as we couldn't be more pleased.

Rob stripped out our old bathroom and put in a new bathroom for us. The work was brilliant quality. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone getting their bathroom done. Cannot recommend Rob highly enough. He just fitted a new bathroom for us and carried out the plasterwork, splashback tiling, floor laying and fitting of the shower via the boiler. Nothing was too much trouble for him and was very professional and friendly. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Have had Rob Oakley complete a bathroom and wc for me, I recommend Rob to my parents to renovate their bathroom and wc to make it easier for them. Rob visited my parents with the idea of removing their bath tub and replacing it with a shower and moving the toilet on to another wall and creating more space for them. My parents had large basins in both the bathroom and wc which were replaced with smaller vanity units. Rob and Jamie did a fantastic job clearing up after each day. Bristol Plumbing Supplies were used for all the bathroom furniture which arrived on the day as promised.

The tiles (from Tileflair Bristol) were fitted perfectly and the end result is a great bathroom which is perfect for older people and significantly easier to maintain. Rob's advice has proven priceless in creating the perfect bathroom not for my parents but also for me by utilising space with great design ideas. I cannot recommend Rob Oakley enough to deliver exactly what he says. Perfect service.

I can thoroughly recommend Rob if your bathroom needs updating. He is pleasant and hardworking and knowledgeable. The finish was superb. Each day he cleared the waste. He kept to the timetable and the budget. He protected the carpeting. A superb job.
