Needed an emergency call out having discovered a burst pipe. Within 30 minutes plumber arrived, diagnosed the issue and set to work to complete the repair. Everything fixed within the hour. Woke up this morning to the mains feed to the house spraying out water. Within 30 minutes we had a fountain on par with the Bellagio in our kitchen! Not what you need at 5:40 on a Sunday morning! Christopher was able to identify the issue (which was quite extensive) timely and fix it. Naturally the toilet got blocked on a bank holiday! I phoned him in a panic as we only have one toilet. He was there within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it was not a simple job, but he made the toilet functional and came back to renew the piping which had broken. He did a superb job and I would not hesitate to recommend him and I would be more than happy to use him again for any other plumbing problem.

I called Krzysztof at 7 pm with a faulty boiler - he arrived within half an hour and thoroughly checked for the fault and Fixed the issue within 2 hours ( we now have constant hot water again!) utterly impressed with his professionalism and will recommend to anyone and everyone - never known a plumber so honest and diligent!

An emergency leak from the toilet, 2nd floor flat, concerned the leak does not affect the property below and on a Sunday. What a situation. Called many different plumbers and companies and ALL were charging a lot of money due to one it being a Sunday and two their prices were very high anyway.
