It was a very pleasant experience working with Eastern Garage Doors, I had to change the installation date several times due to the building situation i had onsite, they are very accommodating. The doors are beautiful, and the installation team is very professional. There were a couple of tiny snags, but they were promptly resolved. Very pleased with their work, and very nice people. Highly recommended.

What a great experience. Customer service was straight forward with good contact before and after the initial survey was completed. Once installation day came, the fitters, Marius and Matt, helped shift a couple of awkward items to make way for the installation. They did an incredible job and genuinely left my garage tidier than when they arrived.
Excellent attention to detail and even offered to fit a manual override on my existing garage door for me. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking for garage doors, awnings and other external fittings for their property.

Placed an order for two garage doors on 14th Jan 2021. Company replied that there was a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks. Had a phone call on 17th Feb to arrange fitting on 19th. Fitters arrived at 8.00am fitted both doors, took away old ones and tided up. Explained how to use and maintain the new doors and left by 9.30. Excellent job!

Had a Hormann up and over garage door fitted 3 years ago. Fantastic product. However, today (sunday) I had an issue with the remote fobs and they wouldn't allow the door to open. As it was out of hours I messaged Eastern doors my issue and within 5 minutes I had a detailed response from them to solve this. It was very clear and my door is now fully functioning. Cracking service Eastern Garage Doors.couldn't have asked for more!

Fantastic service! I had an issue with my garage door which caused it not to be able to be opened. It's the only access to the garage so I was stuck! I made contact with Eastern Garage Doors and they were extremely helpful. Very prompt in their response and also did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived early for the appointment and also adhered to the social distancing guidelines and as someone who is having to shield, they took every step to make sure this was handled.
The door was managed to be fixed without much hassle. They also followed up to make sure everything was alright. I can't recommend them enough! It's a breath of fresh air to actually deal with a respectable company who care! Thank you!

We had a pair of sectional doors fitted last week. They have remote control opening and have been fitted into an old (250 years) stable building. They look very smart and neatly finished, and the opening one works well. The other is a dummy door. The fitters were experienced, knowledgeable and cleared the site well before leaving and handing over.
The four star rating really applies to the communication with the sales and admin following placing the order which fell below expected standard - having to chase a date for fitting and messages not returned. Overall we are very happy with the doors and installation. Thank you Eastern Garage Doors.

Eastern Garage Doors first fitted a Garador door to our garage. As we became older decided to have this changed from manual operation to an automatic. We had the canopy style installation in order to accommodate our car and it's radio aerial. However as I am no longer able to drive I have no had a different automatic operation installed and I am truly pleased with it. Jamie who did the installation was most pleasant and courteous, demonstrated how to operate the equipment and left my garage clean and tidy. Happy i my dealings with a local company.

My son e mailed the company on Thursday evening, I received an email back telling me that they would be in touch, true to their words I had a phone call back, made an appointment for 2.45, sorted me out, by 13.00 Saturday I had a new garage door fitted, I am extremely impressed with the company and their customer service and professional manner and would highly recommend the company

An excellent company - highly recommended. The salesman was very professional and gave me a very clear quote and lots of advice on roller vs sectional dooors. I went for two sectionals with one motorised. Ordering was easy over the phone. After waiting a few weeks I received a phone call as promised to arrange fitting. The fitter Carl was superb. He was meticulous and worked really hard on his own to fit the two garage doors in one day.
He was very polite and professional. There was a minor problem with a broken plastic cover but he returned two days later to fit a replacement. The doors look very neat and are quiet and smooth.

The company experienced problems which were no fault of theirs - a traffic accident involving the van coming for the first appointment which completely threw their schedules out. The job was mainly carried out two days later than booked, on a Saturday. There were some issues with damage to surrounding brickwork when the door was fitted. However, the company took my complaint about this damage seriously and arranged to have it rectified. Although the completion took some weeks to achieve, the end result is excellent. I am pleased that they made effort to put right the damage, and the garage door looks good.

My garage door broken and I couldn't close it. I called them and they were busy, but as I was worried about the contents of my garage, they moved a few things around and managed to come out the same day. Despite it being very old, they got it fixed and it's now opening and closing very smoothly, much better than before it was broken.

After a poor start (when the original sales person failed to appear, the service since then has been exemplary. The young man who came to measure up was polite, courteous and highly efficient. The door (plus fitter) arrived on time (6 weeks). The fitter was ultra efficient and neat and tidy - very polite. Superb all round! I fully recommend the company.

The company rapidly fitted a garage door for me when my old one ceased to function. I was very pleased with the cost, speed and efficiency. I recently emailed them for some advice about oiling the lock and received an instant telephone call and was given the appropriate advice. Very impressive and highly recommended.
