I had a new house built and was experiencing problems with the sewer pump; but the original builder had gone out of business. I was unsure how to proceed. A year ago one company told me that I needed a bigger pump installation and quoted me 15,000. This year I discovered Jonny's Drains and they identified a few minor problems which they quickly sorted out for me; plus safe electrics (which I had no idea about.). Now I am booked in for regular annual inspections and everything is sorted. Quick to respond, easy to deal with and I feel as if I am in safe hands.

Having identified a blocked drain I was worried again about who to contact - having previously paid a fortune to another provider I thought id ring around and im so glad I did - Jonny's Drains were absolutely fantastic, I called on a Thursday night and Jonny spent time talking to me and reassuring me about what he did and the cost, he turned up on the Friday as promised and he managed to identify and clear the problem all within an hour - and the cost was so much more realistic than I had paid before - Jonnys number is now stored in my phone and I will be sure to recommend him - a fantastic job and at a great price - Thank you x

Can't recommend him enough I had a few drain companies over and they were telling me I need the bend replace and would have to dig up the drive, Johnny had this special rotating tool that cleared the issue. It took me ages to find someone who could do it. A real find. Thanks Johnny

Cannot recommend Jonny highly enough. We recently employed him to carry out a smoke test and assist with the diagnosis of a drainage smell issue following a basement excavation and installation of sump pumps. We had previously employed 2 other survey companies both of whom were unable to find the source of the smell. Jonny investigated and within 30mins had found the source (rat damage), and proposed a reasonably priced plan of action. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
