Absolutely delighted with the end result. 9x UPVC sash windows and installation of french doors in place of a previous window. Excellent service and flexible around our move in date and baby due date! Fantastic job fitting my new patio doors. My old doors were unsafe and flimsy. Paul got the new ones ordered and fitted within a week for me and they are perfect. Andy and Ben were lovely guys, friendly and did an amazing job taking my old doors out and disposing of them, fitting the new doors and even cleaned up their mess. Perfect overall and I am very happy with the service from start to finish. Thank you so much

I had a lintel put in and bifolds fitted. I am very happy with the result. The bifolds look sleek and modern, and are really easy to use. The builders were helpful and friendly, as were the three man team that installed the bifolds, the following day. The whole process from the initial meeting with the sales member, to being given the keys to the finished installation, went smoothly and hassle-free. I dont normally write reviews, but for once Ive found a company that actually deserves it. I wouldnt hesitate to use Countrywide again.

We would absolutely recommend Countrywide windows from start to finish they have done a fantastic job.

Thank you so much to Graham and your surveyor who gave us good advice recommending what would be best too have done .The lovely girls in the office were fantastic keeping us updated with everything and answered any of our question's We had.
Also big thanks to John, Keith and Stuart who are amazing fitters ,So reliable and professional they kept us up-to-date all the time .If you are thinking of having your windows etc done .These are definitely the company We would highly recommend using.

have just had all my windows replaced and an internal door and Im extremely happy with the service I have received right from the start of the process from the initial quote to the surveyors inspection to the fitting of the windows. Darren, Ben, Andy & Michael where amazing fitters all working together wonderfully with each other. All where extremely friendly and I would highly recommend them to all my family & friends to use them if you are looking at getting your windows done.

FURTHER UPDATE: Someone has now been out and agreed the weather had affected the door, he adjusted the hinges which took a few minutes. They agreed on this occasion not to charge as I was only 6 weeks over the one year warranty.
UPDATE: our door is literally just over a year old so apparently any faults will now incur a labour charge which I have been told is 75 plus vat ( it says 65 min back of contract ) this was not made clear to me at the time it was just all our products are covered for 10 years . I have a back door which I will have to keep closed when weather is very hot as it will not lock , Ive had these doors before and never had this problem. I just want to warn people the 10 year warranty is parts only you could still end up with an unexpected bill . Would no longer recommend this company.

Brilliant local company. Fair price upfront (unlike well known national company), always on time for all appointments- initial measurements, surveyor measurements and fitting. 3 men fitting did a fantastic job, replacement sliding patio door and new back door both done in 3 hours, very efficient, fabulous finish, doors themselves are amazing and we would definitely use this company again. Really pleased with the UPVC sash windows and quality of work and would highly recommend Countrywide to anyone.
The team arrived early and were clean and efficien. .We were concerned as wed just finished decorating a bedroom but we didnt need to touch up paint or wallpaper in any of the rooms. The lads hoovered up after themselves and even washed down in the patio before they left. I have really high standards and they were surpassed. Absolutely brilliant

I had Countrywide UPVC install 3 double glazed windows + composite door & side panels. 3 fitters took just 4hrs to complete the work with no mess and no damage to existing plasterwork. I can't find fault with either the quality of product or workmanship, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Well done.

Ordered new windows, a new front door and had a window replaced with French doors. They all look brilliant and instantly make our house look more modern. When I started to enquire about getting new windows installed we contacted the usual big suppliers who sent round the usual windows salesmen, but there was no heavy sales tactics from Countrywide, just a much more friendlier, personal and professional approach. They answered all my questions and gave a lot of good advice whilst helping us decide what style of door and glass to consider. During fitting the installation team were very friendly, professional and carried out their work in a way that caused the least inconvenience to the household and afterwards tidied up and took away all mess etc. Can't recommend Countrywide enough! Brilliant from start to finish!

Fabulous customer service and quality of products.
We initially had a front and back door from Countrywide and have just had 2 sets of bifold doors installed which have totally transformed the back of our house and decking/entertaining area. All staff have been extremely courteous and professional and products are fitted quickly with no mess. We would definitely recommend Countrywide to family and friends.
