Having started life as a fledgling firm almost 30 years ago, GLM has grown into one of the country's most respected consultancies. Today, GLM is home to an experienced team of architects, building surveyors and project managers. What unites us is our ability to collaborate, solve problems and deliver.

We are Chartered Building Surveyors. Working with the owners or prospective buyers of some of the country's most important buildings, we help conserve structures, and, where appropriate, adapt them to new and innovative uses. We minimise risk, manage liabilities and can deliver every building surveying skill required.
We are Project Managers. We take independent control of projects, working closely with clients to deliver peace of mind - allowing owners and managers to concentrate on their core businesses. We focus on ensuring that time, cost and quality objectives are achieved and delivered on each project. GLM project managers advise and represents the client and are responsible for the day-to-day management of projects.
