EMC Nottingham was recommended by our tiler. The showroom is great with a large range of products on display. Jack provided excellent customer service despite the showroom being quite busy I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into making a quick decision about which tiles to choose. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery date but this was quickly resolved by Dean. Every time I have contacted the showroom the customer service has been exemplary and the tiles look fantastic ~ thank you EMC!
