We use hot water extraction, also sometimes called "steam cleaning" which is the world's favourite method. This method works well, and is reliable. Excellent company - the owners are lovely people and respectful of the property at all times. They are prompt to arrive and did an excellent job cleaning both mine and my grandparents homes.
Super deep cleaning on carpets, where a gentle chemical solution removes unwanted stains and dirt from the carpet fibres. This uses a similar system to the carpet cleaning system, where a smaller hand-tool and reduced water flow gently cleans all types of uphostery. We clean all types of rugs at our workshop.

Not even worth 1 star.
Cancelled first time around with an excuse that turned out to be a lie.
Terrible customer service - Rude & harassing text messages to both myself & partner late at night.
Constantly changing pricing & doing job without confirming new price. Threatening law action when additional money wasn't paid (£20) even though they had not confirmed new price with us before undertaking clean.
When ground was stood with regards to this I was told I was being rude & had an attitude problem etc!!! After a tirade of rude & abusive texts from Mike, I called him to have a grown up, constructive

After doing extensive online research because I am very picky, I have now used Swindon Carpet Cleaners (Mike & Angie) 3 times in the last year for my own home, and also the property I rent out, and I can highly recommend them. They turn up promptly on time, do a fabulous job, and are friendly and polite. The service they provide is excellent value for money and I will be having them back next month to do my sofas. Highly recommended by me.
