Absolutely diabolical builders, Chris talks absolute garbage. We paid this guy over 200k to do our barn conversion in Hade Edge and in his infinite wisdom decided not to install a cavity tray to the extension and within months we had water ingress into our brand new kitchen, then chose to ignore our calls for it to be rectified.
Avoid at all costs, we have had to install an additional feature to the wall in question (vis queen and tile batons to stop the water)
Not what we thought we were getting for 200k.
