This project replaced a small dark kitchen with a new contemporary kitchen along with shower room and utility cupboard. Our clients wanted to update their kitchen and remove an old conservatory.
We have created a large open plan kitchen dining room with sliding doors and a large rooflight. For most projects our quotations are on a fixed fee basis so that you can see exactly what payment is required at each stage and we try and add value whenever we can.
I am an Architectural Technologist with over 20 years experience working at various practices across a number of sectors. I've always had a passion for domestic architecture and enabling the client to build their dream space. We understand that potential clients are keen to know what it would cost to use our services so have prepared some example price packages to give you an idea of what to expect. All projects are different and we prepare a bespoke fixed fee quotation after meeting you and understanding what the project will involve.
We provide initial consultations at your home from 100+VAT (depends on location) or video/phone consultation fee of 50+VAT, which will be deducted from the fee if you decide to go ahead. If you decide to opt for a video/phone consultation our Architect / Director will visit the property ahead of undertaking sketch designs so we are fully aware of all aspects of the project.
