I have been in the construction Industry since 1976. I started my own building company in 1984 specialising in residential extensions and alteration works. I attended University in 2002 to study Architectural Technology and am qualified to design building plans for building regulations and planning applications.
That, together with my commitment and reliability to my customers has ensured the success of my business to date. All drawing work is carried out on Autocad, so changes & amendments can be made very quickly and easily.

Free initial consultation, where you can explain your requirements and I will offer advice on design, the practicalities of construction, and the criteria required to meet current planning and building regulations. Once engaged, I will carry out a full survey of the property and discuss an agreed design.
Planning design drawings for extensions & Loft conversions from 900. Building Regulation drawings & specifications from 800. A 50% deposit is required, balance due once planning and/or Building regulation applications complete. My fees are not liable to V.A.T. Pre planning advice (varies between councils) approx 60.00.
