We help qualifying homeowners to make their home's energy-efficient by providing energy improvement services such as Free Boiler Replacement, Free First Time Central Heating, Free Air source heat pump and Free Insulation of Internal Walls, Under-floor, Loft, Flat roofs, and Room in roof Insulation under the government's ECO scheme and Green Homes Grants.

If you meet the qualifying criteria you can have these services free of cost. The Green Homes Grant is a new initiative for homeowners to help them make their homes more energy efficient. Under this scheme the government will pay 2/3 of the cost of energy- efficient home improvements up to the value of 5000 per household.

In some eligible cases the value could be higher to the max value of 10,000. The grants will be provided in the form of vouchers which can be used towards the cost of installing energy-efficient and low-carbon heating improvements to homes. Environmentally friendly improvements such as loft, floor and wall insulation or double glazing to replace single glazing are included in the scheme.
Services
For a typical household heating accounts for around 60% of energy bills in a year depending on the boiler's age, efficiency and performance. A shiny new efficient one could save you up to 315/year, however buying a new Boiler could cost you somewhere between 2500 to 4000. Fortunately, there is some help available from the government for qualifying households to get a new efficient boiler on a heavily subsidised price or in some cases for free.
First Time Central Heating grants are part of the government's ECO scheme. Under this scheme qualifying homeowners could get grant to cover the cost of installing first-time central heating in their homes where there is no central heating system. As the funding is a grant, not a loan, it doesn't need to be repaid and could cover a large part - if not all - of the cost of installing central heating in your home.
Insulation of your house is a fundamental factor to a warmer, more energy-efficient home and could help you save money on your energy bills. Cavity/solid wall insulation, under- floor insulation and loft insulation are amongst the most effective ways to reduce heat loss from your home.
