Building in the UK has been heavily criticised over the last ten years and commitment to improving efficiency via methods, products, planning, quality, and getting it right first time in order to reduce cost and time are now of paramount importance. We at BNK Construction believe in the principles of the Egan committee and are committed to providing value to every project undertaken for our clients.
BNK Construction has successfully completed several new build projects from design through to completion over the years. BNK Construction have taken the new build process further, by being involved from the conception stage. We are able to offer a complete service by taking on the design and feasibility stages ourselves, and are able to use our technical knowledge to identify and design out any future maintenance and construction issues.
Our roofing division has grown from strength to strength from it's humble beginnings over 20 years ago, carrying out urban renewal roof replacements for the City of Birmingham. It has then progressed to envelope schemes, diversified into providing a complete range of roofing systems, ranging from sheet profile metal roofing to cold applied liquid roofing.
Modernisation and refurbishment work presents its own unique problems. Maintaining the character and structure of old buildings is really important, particularly if they are listed. Whilst bringing the property in line with current living standards in terms of technology, design, comfort and safety are also essential requirements.
