C&S property maintenance are a small, well established team of tradesmen situated in Widnes. We offer a wide range of joinery services such as; new door frames, internal doors, handrails/dado rails, partition walling and many more. C&S Property Maintenance have worked with all types of wooden flooring, from solid oak to laminate!

We can supply and fit flooring or you can just use our fitting service. We are able to sort out your plumbing issues, from a leaking pipe to a new bathroom suite. Their organisational skills, calming manner and professionalism made the transition from old to new smooth and ordered. We had the full service of rip-out, new electrics with all wires chased, new ceiling and all walls made good. A well designed kitchen expertly fitted by two of the most amicable men, nothing was too much trouble for them and it looks absolutely brilliant.
