Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said. After 2 major building jobs, AP Builders are our first port of call for any construction or building projects. We were tasked with the demolition of an existing garage and the erection of three separate extensions, double skinned and rendered. The first extension was a lounge with raised tye trusses to take a three metre high window overlooking the landscaped garden. The second extension was a kitchen with a separate utility and cloakroom leading onto the rear patio.
One of our largest jobs of last year involved removing an existing garage to replace it with a double storey side and rear extension joined together at the corner with a single storey extension. The rear corner extension incorporated a new kitchen which extended into the lower part of the rear extension to form a large kitchen / dining room.
