I've now use Swad Windows 4 times and each has brought me a different experience, but the one consistent aspect of using this company, is the quality of the workmanship and the friendliness and helpfulness of the installers, who do the fittings. I recommend their work very highly!
The only thing that frustrates me with this company, is the admin and office staff. I'm sure Covid & Brexit hasn't helped matters, so I'll not go into too much detail here. All I'll say is, be patient and they'll get to you eventually, or if you call them up enough!

Zak & Guy came early this morning and have been replacing one door and fitted another one. They have been pleasant, professional and competent throughout. There was a problem with the wrong measurement, which they overcame. Experienced and hardworking with a positive attitude.

I previously gave this Company a 5 Star Review but after living with a shockingly substandard Chartwell Green 2 tone door (due to defective UVA paint, which has the cassette panel features shades paler than the actual door frame) for 3 years with the Directors abrogating their legal responsibilities and unresolved issues, I have removed this review. The door came with a 10 year guarantee. The Directors keep ‘passing the issue back to their suppliers’. My contract is with the provider not the supplier. If things go wrong, the Directors will not look after their customer. I have read other similar

I actually had the work done about a year and a half ago, but I have deliberately left it this long before writing the review so that I can give a better view of the work done. And I am happy to say that I am completely delighted.
I had quite a few windows fitted, large and small, fand the quality of the work, the value for money, and the professionalism of the company and the fitters was excellent. I thoroughly recommend them, and in fact I am in the process of getting them in to quote for the rest of the work that needs doing.
