I have been waiting since February 2018 to have works completed to the windows and doors fitted by Ekco. The standard is appalling. I still await a receipted vat invoice, manufacturers guarantee, and Ekco installation guarantee. The front door doesn't keep the draught out and a door report was commissioned from the Supplier. This was carried out in October 2018. I still await a copy of this report. Craig from Ekco said once the window issues were addressed he would then look at Phase 2, the Conservatory. This has never happened. It is now May 2019 and now the lead patio door doesn't lock. I have

I was recommended to Ekco by a family member who used them years ago and was very happy with the job they had done. Ekco had done my sisters kitchen years ago so decided to go their first. They were helpful and in the end I got myself a Kitchen as well. Guess you could say we are a family of Ekco kitchens.

Thank you EKCO for helping us out right before Christmas when our original supplier let us down last minute. We cannot thank you guys enough as it meant we could enjoy our Christmas with family and friends in our new extension. We received our quotation promptly which was very competitive against others we had received, their site survey was very informative as we discovered a couple things which our original supplier missed, the lead time was very quick and the installers were absolutely outstanding - you could tell they were very passionate about their job. I used Ekco a few months ago and was far from disappointed. My home was transformed! It was a miracle. My kitchen was very dated and I'm not even sure if that word some's up what I mean. So as my kitchen hadn't been changed for well over a decade you could really notice some wear and tear. So my wife and I decided to take a trip to Ekco to see what they could do for us. The staff were so nice and gave us so many design options we could barely choose one as we liked them all. Having had our Kitchen refitted by EKCO and been delighted with the results we had no hesitation in having EKCO back to refit our cloakroom. The whole process was very easy and straightforward - from the initial visit to assess the job, the design and subsequent design discussion through to the actual fitting. EKCO are able to attend to all aspects of the refit including the flooring, re-plastering of the ceiling and any electrical fittings so the relevant contractors are available when they are needed, which makes the whole process extremely smooth and timely. Was recommended by a friend from Edinburgh that it was worth visiting this shop and from the first contact with Heather and the team to the joiners putting the final touches to the kitchen, I can only say they have ' exceeded expectations ' big time !

I got a quote from this company after a flood to get my kitchen re-done. After saying initially they could do all the work they then said they couldn't. The sales pitch was slick, although I'd said to them what the budget was they still tried very sneaky ways of suggesting the more costly items. This included the demonstrations in their showroom of all the latest gadgets.
