Recent Projects Report

We employed Newcastle Builders a few years ago to build a small side extension on our house. Neil and his team were faultless throughout. Punctual, hard working, thorough. Everything was done to the highest standard and attention to detail. We were thrilled with the end result and our new open plan living.

Double storey rear extension in Sutton Coldfield Report

A double storey rear extension was built to create a larger kitchen and more living space downstairs. Upstairs had an extra bedroom added and one bedroom was enlarged to include an en-suite. The pipes had to be removed as shown below and new pipes installed as there was evidence they had collapsed.

Single storey rear extension in Halesowen Report

The customer wanted to remove the conservatory and improve the living area in the kitchen landscape the rear garden. This was a build with a few challenges, the foremost being that all of the soil had to be taken through the house since there was no access to the rear garden form the road.

Double storey extension Report

The customer had recently purchased the property with a view to extending to accommodate their growing family. The extension allowed for a family sized kitchen diner with bi-fold doors to open up into the garden. The lantern lets in plenty of natural light and looks stunning in a kitchen. The inner wall was taken out and RSJ's installed to create an open plan ground floor and access to the new garage.
