I've used Greenstar in the past to service my boiler, and have been great. (but as usual with most things, I forget to leave a review!)
Just before the Easter bank holiday the boiler broke! Phoned up and the office staff were friendly and helpful, and managed to have an engineer come out the next day, on Good Friday! Hope the chap was on a good rate for working it, but am I glad he was.
Unfortunately he confirmed exactly what I thought the problem was (a blockage in the heat exchanger of the combi boiler), which was terminal. I was hoping to possible save some cash and just replace the part and

I had a new Vaillant boiler fitted today - no fuss, hard work, finished in 8 hours, really tidy and prepared to go the second mile: they agreed to cut out and carefully replace some MFD built in by the kitchen fitter which meant it was hard to get at the pipes. Cheapest (just!) of 3 quotes. I am very satisfied and would gladly recommend.

Used this company to complete a brand new boiler and central heating system installation on our property which we rent out.

Really nice staff, Nicki and Chris have been very helpful throughout, always happy to respond to queries and help with any issues.
The workmen at the house were so polite also, a real pleasure to deal with.

Great company to deal with, had a new boiler installed at a very good price. Work was completed promptly and efficiently, always on time and left everything clean and tidy each day. Have had them back since to disconnect and take away an old gas fire, again very happy with the work carried out and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

After an emergency call out for broken Boiler on 22nd December in the evening, the boiler was deemed unsafe and needed replacing.
So within 48 hours on Christmas Eve, a young man came as promised, was professional, polite, was thorough and kept everything very clean. His manager came out and made sure everything was sorted.
I would whole heartedly recommend this company. They did a fantastic job at a busy time at short notice and did it well.
The price although I can’t make lots of comparisons was fair and reasonable for the excellent job done.
