Is your current boiler not working as effectively as it should? For your boiler to work efficiently it is recommended that an annual service is maintained. I am able to offer servicing on all makes of boiler. General household plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaking taps, pipes etc, can also be undertaken.
A Sure Heat Ltd are proud to offer a full power flush service on your central heating and boiler. It is good and recommended practice to have your boiler serviced annually but it is also good practice to have a thorough central heating service undertaken at least once every five years. Your radiators are part of your central heating system and often get overlooked.
Landlords Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) are a legal requirement for all rented properties. As a Landlord you have a legal requirement to ensure that all the gas equipment within your rented property is safe for your tenant to use. The equipment to be tested will include gas boilers, gas cookers and gas fires (if any) along with any other gas appliances provided for the tenants use.
