Over the years Bostock's has undertaken a wide variety of property repairs and refurbishments, including commercial premises, public houses, restaurants, hotels and public services buildings including listed buildings. The refurbishment of public houses and restaurants has been a particularly prominent part of our business.
Historic building restoration, conservation and maintenance for listed commercial buildings shouldn't be entrusted to a general builder and construction contractor. It's imperative that the repair and maintenance of older buildings is carried out by an experienced heritage building contractor. We deliver the highest quality stonework, roofing, lead work and hard metal work, as well as lime pointing/plastering, carpentry and joinery.
Bostock's has a dedicated maintenance division offering a comprehensive service system which includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing, boilers, air conditioning systems, CCTV, access control, fire alarms and security. We offer full building fabric repairs and maintenance, fit-out and full refurbishment packages.
Our expertise in this field is second to none. Our understanding of customer and client needs during these difficult periods while restoring your business, liaising with loss adjusters to ensure a smooth and speedy conclusion to the works. Our works have varied from a 500 claim to full flood or fire peril amounting to an excess of 400k.
Bostock's has the facility to produce fine joinery for all situations, with a range of products extending from high performance windows and doors, to quality hardwood and softwood fittings. We can also accommodate the more specialised individual joinery items such as counters, panelling, bars and staircases.
