PC McQueenie Builders Ltd, established in 1985, are a masonry subcontractor based in Edinburgh who service the East of Scotland and surrounding areas. We specialise in brick, block and stone work and are committed to providing high quality workmanship, on time and within budget in the Scottish construction and house building sector.
Working with the leading UK house builders, we undertake contracts in excess of 1 million on a labour only basis and up to 30,000 on a labour and materials basis. Although larger contracts are our focus, we are happy to consider and discuss smaller domestic projects should the resources be available.
Our main expertise lies within the new build sector, specifically residential, and in our 35+ years experience we have undertaken projects ranging from 1 to 120 units over contract periods up to 4 years. We have the ability through our highly skilled workforce to undertake contracts on a larger scale and can accommodate the most demanding of build programmes.

We are currently involved in ongoing contracts with Cala Homes (East & West), Stewart Milne Homes, Keepmoat Homes and Places For People. and Cruden Homes. Over the years we have worked for many companies such as Miller Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Barratt Homes, McCarthy & Stone, Applecross, David Wilson and Gemcross Homes.
