The Company set up by Stephen Voase was initially named S Voase Building and Joinery Services, but soon progressed to a Private Limited Company, S Voase Builders Ltd.

We have been one of the best performing Main Contractors on the original YORbuild Framework and we are now very proud to have been awarded status as a YORbuild 2 Main Contractor. We are extremely pleased to have been successful in our bid to enter into the four year Asset Management & Architectural Works Framework with North East Lincolnshire Council for contract values up to 800,000.00.
We are very proud to have successfully completed the 18 month procurement process and to be awarded a Framework agreement with three regional councils' as a YORbuild2 Main Contractor. YORbuild can be accessed by any Local Authority, Public Sector Body or Third Sector Organisation with access to high quality construction contractors.'
