Services
K4 Architects Ltd was established in 2010. In 2014 we began turning the former garage adjoining our office into a studio and grew our practice into the new space with 16 staff by 2017. We have slowly been renovating the former Wharfinger's House (formerly owned by British Waterways) into a series of meeting rooms which we use for our work, or hire out to artists, chefs and other businesses for events, exhibitions and meetings.
Our boardroom and meeting facilities are available for hire for seminars, meetings and conferences. We are based in the heart of Digbeth, close to the city centre and walking distance from Moor Street Station. We will be offering competitive rates for hire or fully catered delegate rates for your meeting days out of the office, or team buildings and parties.
Our work is recognised for its imagination and innovation, with an eye for commerciality and deliverability. We have developed particular expertise in resolving complex sites and building types, often with challenging physical and legislative constraints to create high-value places for people and business.
