We have completed a number of professional conversions of existing residential and commercial property for a longstanding client, Elmore Kindergarten, including Ecclesfield Nursery, Middlewood Nursery and Frecheville Nursery. We converted this property including the outbuildings - putting into planning a change of use from a single domestic dwelling to a childrens nursery downstairs with flats to the first and second floors.
