Carrick McCormack McIntyre (CMM) Architects was formed in 1999 by Robert Carrick, Paul McCormack (retired) and Campbell McIntyre. Over the past 18 years we have developed a broad based practice working in many sectors and developing specialist skills in highly engineered and complex structures, masterplanning and housing.
We design and produce high-quality buildings to meet our clients' needs in all respects: visually, environmentally, technically, on time and on a budget. We recognise that this involves the work of a team. Our aim on every project is to establish close working relationships with the contractor and the other disciplines involved.
Employed for their specialist design skills and interior design CMM have contributed to significant retail developments such as the Buchanan Galleries and Silverburn in Glasgow. Their portfolio covers masterplanning retail areas (Coatbridge town centre) to individual stores and outlets. Past clients include the COOP, ASDA and TESCO, as well as numerous restaurants, car dealerships and bars.
From manufacturing plant to complex company relocations, we have diverse experience across this sector. I have been working in the property development business for over twenty years and have used a number of different architects. This project is for a plant to maintain and repair rolling stock including a 30m spray booth.
