Collard Construction Ltd is based in Plymouth; we undertake building works within Devon and Cornwall. Our main service is to the insurance industry in the form of repairs and reinstatement following Fire, Flood and other insurable perils in both the residential and commercial sectors. We also carry out general building repair and maintenance on building guarantees and for government funded bodies, charities as well as for commercial premises.
We cater for domestic customers in the form of small extensions, garages and the like. With our base of labour we are able to service multiple projects from the very smallest job to large reinstatement projects. We are investing further in our water restoration service offering a one stop service, allowing us to complete repairs from a flood or escape of water up to the day you move back, in a much shorter timescale.
