From an established reputation for carefully detailed private sector residential work, the practice has expanded to work in the commercial, residential incl. Paragraph 80, heritage, urban planning and masterplanning sectors.

Sustainable design has long been at the forefront of our work and we offer a full range of Sustainability Consultancy Services including Passivhaus Design, SAP and SBEM Ratings, and BREEAM Assessments, enabling us to design efficient and cost effective low-carbon buildings.

Practice Profile Report

Clive Chapman Architects was founded in 1981. Our purpose built office is situated on Eel Pie Island, and won the Richmond Upon Thames Sustainable Design Awards in 2000. We are a RIBA Chartered Practice, a member of Constructionline and licensed BREEAM assessors. Awards: Civic Trust Awards 2000, Commendation; Downland Prize for Architects 2000, Shortlisted; London Borough of Richmond upon Thames Sustainable Design Award 2000.
