D Catchesides work with architects, consultants, and contractors providing turn-key re-roofing solutions, scheduled maintenance and reactive maintenance services for private clients and estates, local and Government authorities, MOD, educational trusts, and NHS trusts and foundations. We hast experience with projects involving factories, warehouses, offices, retail, schools, and hospitals.
As members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) Competent Person Scheme, DC can self-certify our own residential projects. This is a legal requirement for all homeowners. On completion of the project DC will carry out a final inspection to ensure that all works have been carried out in accordance with current building regulations.
