Hello,
Overall the speed of response of this company was very good. The chaps are fairly pleasant also. However, our job felt like it was fairly rushed as it was towards the evening time. Once the job was complete and the toilets flushed clear, this was sufficient for the worker to say job was complete to a good standard. NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN FOR THE JOB!!!
Six weeks down the line the blockage has returned. I was advised by this company to call Severn Trent. ST ruled out any shared neighbourhood blockage. Having called the company various times, the company is unwilling to return to rectify their

I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. They arrived quickly and were very knowledgable on the issue. Although I had been quoted more by other plumbers these guys had the job done within the hour and offered a very competitive rate.
