Garden room was constructed in 2020. Despite numerous attempts to resolve numerous issues over the past four years, I continue to experience significant problems that have not been addressed.
No foundation, support is extremely minimal, causing movement in the structure. The missing foundation timber is resting directly on the soil, leading to structural weakening.
Floor is not level, due to inadequate foundation causing it to shift to the left.
Black mould has been detected, luck of isolation in the floor and the roof. Roof is bulging, causing a problem when it rains….. Company is not responding, and refusing to address the problems.

Very professional service and completed ahead of schedule despite the added problem of bad weather. Excellent job from start to finish and the garden/bar room is just outstanding. Mike, Neil and their team always arrived on time, cleared up every day in a tidy fashion and continually kept me updated with progress. An extremely friendly team who certainly delivered on their customer promise. Without any hesitation I would definitely use Scott’s again.
