Reinforced bituminous membranes, also known as built-up felt roofing, are a tried and tested method of providing reliable, quality waterproofing. These membranes have evolved with the times and modern options include polymer modified bitumen technology, to provide the perfect combination of low temperature flexibility and high temperature stability.
Cold-applied liquids are arguably one the fastest growing parts of the UK roofing market. These systems offer seamless, flame-free installation, a range of attractive finishes and long-lasting waterproofing performance. Specific systems options are also available to suit particular applications, such as balconies, walkways and main roof areas.
Single ply is an extremely flexible waterproofing solution and has been one of the most popular roof specification options for almost half a century. Single ply membranes provide exceptional freedom of choice in roof design and appearance and are well suited to all types of refurbishment projects.
Slate is very cost effective over the lifespan of the roof, and it is also resistant to mould, mildew and other sources of contamination. Slate roofs are very highly regarded, not only because of their naturally stunning aesthetics, but also because of their ability to add value to a property.

Critical: Quality
Got the contract to fix the health center roof. First it started leaking. Then the interior roof fell in. Then they set it on fire and then the rest of the roof fell in. It's perhaps a ploy to get the contract to fix the mess. One star for creative business strategy.

I have phoned this company on various occasions looking for different work to be done as a number of years ago they did a job for me which was fine but now I find it unbelievable that when I have asked for work to be carried out, their reply is always that they are too busy and not taking on any work at the moment, what is wrong with this company, I will certainly never be in contact with them again as there are plenty other companies out there who are a lot more professional than Graham roofing, maybe they don't need the money or maybe they are only interested in big money jobs, give them a wide

We found this company to be dishonest, poor workmanship, lacks professionalism and absolutely no customer care.
We choose this company to reconstructed a flat roof in 2009 as they were local and member of FMB & NFRC, they did not adhere to the quote to take off the existing roof saying they had torched it dry which we proved within days was untrue as we broke through and water came down. We also paid for kingspan insulation but when we took the roof off July 2013 as it was not fit for purpose there was a number of areas in the roof with no kingspan. The new roof leaked after 1.5 years and was
