Services
Having a bathroom or showeroom installed by Legate & Co. begins from the initial enquiry, which is followed up with a site visit by Ian Legate the proprietor who will work with you the client to establish your requirements and work with you to achieve a design that fits all your criteria from colours, style, lighting, and within the budget that you want to work to.
Having a kitchen installed can be a very daunting prospect, we offer a full free of charge consultation followed by CAD drawing of your proposed project. All aspects for a fully installed kitchen refit, are undertaken by ourselves covering all the relevant trades, meaning that you do not need to source additional trades to complete your desired result.
To compliment our kitchen and bathroom design and installation service we also carryout larger building projects such as extensions/loft conversions/conservatories /structural alterations. Our service includes drawings and plans submitted to local authority, followed by a full schedule of works priced from start to finish, all sub-contract trades as required with you the client not required to source labour by yourselves.
