Booked a clean very quick to get to mine and the chap was very polite on the phone, everything else was rotten, it was 20 minutes worth of cleaning done if that and I got charged for two hrs??? Phoned and complained but his only resolve was to let the lady come back who failed at the the task the first time round, who would let that person back in there home, not me! No compensation offered. The person did not dust, clean the fridge, clean the bathroom properly or the kitchen and the milk I messed on the table that morning and forgot to clean was still there after she had cleaned my flat or not
