Great Experience, from the initial visit to the installation...we had absolutely no issues. Really impressed with our new front door.
Sales visit was great, contact with the team via phone was fine and the installation guy was very professional and cleaned up after.
Would 100% recommend.

I had anew glass roof and channel guttering plus patio doors fitted.
The Patio door frame was incorrectly made as there was a 25mm gap at one end of lintel and 18 mm gap at other end. They did not bother to rectify this. This caused cold air to enter lounge all winter. The Conservatory work is very poor and tradesmen used my garden furniture as a work bench.
I have a bad gutter leak from water from roof to down pipe. They will not repair or rectify it without scaffolding. Hence I cannot get them to repair leak and I cannot rectify it.
They should not be in bussiness as they do not care about

Worst company I ever dealt with.
Rude, unprofessional staff, take your money and insult you. Beyond belief!
They haven't done one thing right. Very quick taking money, after that - no response or answers. Promise you timescales that they cant make, better still, cannot even deliver the door they sell you.
There is a place in hell reserved for their "installation manager". I come from 3rd world country and even there you get customer service than at Perfecta. Surprised how she managed to get the job.
More than 6 weeks later from timescale they promised fitter came, nice guys, unlike useless

I was so excited to have a conservatory built- it was my dream and completion to a huge revamp of my house... the conservatory is gorgeous...but I was promised a completed finish- one I could move my furniture into once done! But the floor is rough- the damp proof membrane is still visible and there is builders rubbish all over it. Including large blobs of plaster that is now dry and hard. I am told it is complete! How do I put flooring down? Do I cut off the damp proof course- do I tuck it behind the skirting? I don’t know and I have used all my money on this project so can not afford to have

We had our windows and doors fitted 7 years ago . But now 3 panes have gone misty . The company are not interested in replacing the misty panes although under the 10 year guarantee. We have been trying since May to get these panes replaced, they have sent 3 fitters to measure the glass . But after many phone calls emails and a visit to Perfecta showroom, no replacement panes have yet been replaced. Do not use this company they are happy to take your money to fit your windows and doors , but if anything needs replacement. They offer a very poor service.

We have recently purchased a new conservatory from Perfecta Windows. We gave the order for our conservatory to Richard, who stayed with us and advised us throughout. His guidance and suggestions regarding the options for the design and build were invaluable. He even advised us that we could go for a slightly larger conservatory at no extra cost. We acted on this and are now very pleased with its size. Stewart and Harry laid the foundations and built the dwarf walls. They were extremely hard working, yet polite and friendly.
