Very dissapointed. Paid for a roof repair that didn't fix the issue, the next day it was still leaking in the same place. Eventually got them to come out again to redo it and it still didn't fix the issue as it was still leaking in the same place a few days later, asked them to come back to fix it properly and even offered to pay more to have scaffolding and a more complex job done if needed. Repeatedly ignored and fobbed off. From start to finish almost 5 months, before I finally received a very rude response and they couldn't even get all the details and facts correct surrounding the job and
